Today's Employee Highlight is Dore + Whittier’s longest tenured team member, Rob Fitzgerald, who is celebrating 30 years with the firm this month! Much of Rob’s longevity and success can be attributed to his firm belief in patience and honesty, collaboration, problem solving, and the power of positive thinking. A foodie, world traveler, and adventure-seeker, his experiences and love for trying new things are manifested in his work. If Rob wasn’t in the field of Architecture, he would probably be a travel blogger or industrial designer. “Art has always been a part of my life and I find it to be very therapeutic. I believe that art and design are integrated throughout our lives in everything that we do.” #employeehighlight #employeeappreciation #doreandwhittier #architecture #projectmanagement
