Lee has been advocating for Owners’ interests for over two decades. He has extensive experience in project financing, budget management, project team procurement and coordination, permitting, and public relations. He understands the intricacies of the design and construction process and ensures it is simple and manageable for our clients. Lee is adept at highlighting critical points in the design and construction process that leverage the Owner’s ability to influence the outcome of a project regarding schedule, cost, and quality. He understands that deliberate, clear, and open communications are vital to a project’s success

Lee has completed a wide variety of project types with a specialization in complicated, multi-phased, public projects. He is very familiar with all construction delivery models, including Ch 149A (CM-at-Risk).

Lee attended the University of Vermont for Civil Engineering.
