Donald has more than 35 years of experience in the project management, design, and construction administration of public and private projects. As a Registered Architect and Principal, Donald provides key insight and orchestrates the design, management, production, and construction administration of the project team. He facilitates pivotal decisions and helps to mitigate critical issues. He ensures that the work is executed in a comprehensive manner with an ever-watchful eye on the overall schedule to meet all project objectives. He is well known for his ability to develop strong relationships with Owners, which encourages open dialogue throughout the project, even well beyond building occupancy.

Donald earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Boston Architectural College, a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Alfred University, and an Associate of Science in Architecture from Hartford State Technical College.
