L-Com is a leading manufacturer of wired and wireless connectivity solutions, offering a wide range of products for the electronics and data communications industries. The move to new headquarters in the West Mill represented a major cultural shift for the company. Compartmentalized staff, used to working in poorly lit outdated conditions, are now more closely integrated on the entire 20,000 SF third floor of the West Mill building. The layout was sensitive to the generational mix and departmental needs of the company. L-Com’s corporate office exudes warmth and comfort and succeeds in attracting top new talent and retaining staff. A large café offers a gathering spot for lunch as well as company meetings and social gatherings.
