Staff Appreciation & Highlight: Heather Gratton! At Dore + Whittier success is a collaborative effort, with every team member playing a crucial role. Today we highlight Heather, our dedicated administrative assistant in the Burlington VT office, whose compassionate personality and impressive organizational skills keep the office running and functioning daily. Heather consistently goes above and beyond to support not just her colleagues but the greater community, helping organize and volunteering for charitable events throughout the year both inside and outside of the office. She is a continued supporter of COTS in Burlington VT. Heather has brought her passion for volunteering into D+W and involves the office in as many of the events as possible. As an ongoing effort, Heather has placed a donation box in the office for year-round giving to COTS. In the fall she is instrumental in organizing D+W’s contribution to the COTS Back to School drive. Currently, she is soliciting volunteers and sponsors for the Annual COTS walk to be held in Burlington on May 5, 2024. Heather’s outstanding contributions, hard work and positivity, are all truly appreciated by everyone at D+W.

Let’s acknowledge, too, that we don’t have to be children to learn or professional educators to teach. May we all strive to continuously learn, share, and work together for the common good.
