Dore & Whittier is currently acting as the Owner’s Project Manager for the Spencer-East Brookfield Regional School District on the potential renovation/addition of the Prouty High School.

The initial study and schematic design phase of the project will address the following items:

• Life cycle costs of operating the School as it relates to future operational budgets;
• Massachusetts High Performance Green Schools Guidelines (MA-CHPS Guidelines);
• Analysis of CM-at-Risk Delivery Method:
• Renovating existing building including a new roof, new HVAC system, and renovating the building facade
• Maximizing the utilization of existing space
• Maximizing the availability of grants by utilizing Massachusetts High Performance Green Schools Guidelines (MA-CHPS Guidelines)
• Provide adequate information to district towns regarding scope and cost of project
• Develop a plan to minimize the disruption and use of the existing facilities during renovations and construction
